- A successful completion of the fourth semester.
- Six weeks of full-time work in the company during the semester break.

Students who are planning to write their Bachelor's, Master' s or important seminar thesis have the opportunity to work intensively with us on scientific issues in the areas of feed production or the processing and treatment of raw materials. During your semester break, we will work together on the topic of your thesis as part of an internship .
You will be supported by competent colleagues from the areas relevant to your work. At the same time, you will immerse yourself in the diverse and exciting everyday life of the leading private compound feed manufacturer and thus gain valuable experience for your next career step.

Our trainee programme turns bright minds into expert colleagues. Within 24 months, participants go through different departments in our company in an individual training plan. The focus of your training is on the areas of sales and product management (PM). At the same time, you will intensively supervise a previously defined project . Our trainees will be accompanied by professionally experienced colleagues who will support them as tutors with words and deeds.
A prerequisite for participation in the trainee programme is the successful completion of your Bachelor's or Master's degree. We also recognise comparable qualifications. Our trainees also have the opportunity to further deepen their specialist knowledge and language skills during stays abroad.
