On this page you will find an overview of the loading times for loose goods and bagged goods at our factory and warehouse locations.
Depending on the plant, the loading times at our locations may differ.
Please note that we only load fodder to existing trading partners. We do not sell fodder to private small animal owners at our factory locations.

You can obtain loose goods and bagged goods at our two plants in Regensburg.
Loading of loose goods
Loose goods are loaded at Plant I Äußere Wiener Str. from Sunday 10.00 p.m. until Friday 10.00 p.m.. On public holidays we load until 10.00 p.m. on the day before and from 0.00 a.m. on the following day, if this is a working day - except Saturday.
Loose loading at Plant II Passauer Str. takes place Monday 0.00 hrs continuously until Friday 18.00 hrs. The truck must be at the loading bay by 5.00 p.m. on Friday at the latest. After public holidays, we start loading at Plant II at 00.00 hrs the following day.
Bagged goods loading
Bagged goods are available at our Regensburg location exclusively at Plant I (Äußere Wiener Str. 28, 93055 Regensburg).
Please note: Collection of bagged goods is only possible if an appointment has been made with the expedition in good time! Please plan your collections well in advance.

Order received from 0.00 - 9.00 = next day collection*.
Order received from 9.00 - 13.00 = collection next day from 13.00*.
For orders received from 13.00 - 24.00 = collection on the day after next*.
*This always refers to working days, i.e. no loading or order processing on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays; for Lorsch the Hessian public holidays apply, for order processing in Düsseldorf the North Rhine-Westphalian public holidays, Rosenmontag, 24 Dec. and 31 Dec.
