Change of name: deuka Tiernahrung Cremer becomes deuka Tiernahrung Cremer

Dear business partners,

we would like to inform you in good time: From 1 July 2026, deuka Tiernahrung Cremer GmbH & Co. KG will operate under the name

deuka Tiernahrung Cremer GmbH & Co. KG

With the change of name, we are focusing on a uniform corporate identity under our deuka brand, which has stood for experience, trust and proximity to agriculture for almost 100 years. For you, the most important things remain unchanged: the usual quality, the familiar contact persons and our reliable cooperation.

This is merely a change to our company name - we are changing the entry in the commercial register, but the company remains legally identical. Existing contracts, agreements, rights and obligations remain unchanged. Address, bank details, VAT ID, tax number and our general terms and conditions of business, sale and delivery also remain unchanged.

What is changing is the structure of our e-mail addresses: From July, we will use the ending "@deuka.de". This applies to all e-mail addresses in our company - including the functional mailboxes (e.g. "info@" or "invoice@"). Messages to the previous addresses ending in "@deuka.de" will be forwarded for a transitional period.

Please adjust your master data accordingly and forward this message to the relevant departments in your organisation.

We look forward to continuing our good and successful co-operation! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact your known contact person in our company at any time!

Seize the opportunity and submit invoices digitally in future

In addition to being sent by post, invoices can also be conveniently submitted digitally. Digital submission simplifies processing, shortens distances and reduces paper consumption. Simply send your invoices to: invoice@deuka.de

To ensure smooth processing, please note the following:

  • Please only use the following formats: PDF / ZUGFeRD / X-Rechnung (preferably ZUGFerD)
  • Only send one invoice per e-mail
  • Attachany necessary attachments to the respective invoice in the same PDF attachment, if possible
  • Please use the invoice address exclusively for sending invoices.
    Please send payment reminders and queries about incoming payments directly to ZA@deuka.de.
