What a sales representative does
Field staff at Germany's largest private compound feed manufacturer are many things at the same time: sellers of high-quality compound feed, experienced feeding experts and competent contact persons for our customers from agriculture and the agricultural trade. They visit new and existing customers directly on site. Through close contact, they know the needs of livestock farmers first-hand. This means they always have their finger on the pulse of the market in their sales area. They advise and inform livestock farmers on their choice of feed and help analyse the raw materials market. It is also your job to find good times for forward purchases of compound feed. You sell our customers feed concepts tailored to their livestock.

Your profile
- You have successfully completed a degree in agricultural science, e.g. as a master farmer/technician or agricultural business economist
- You are well organised and have good time management skills
- You know how to use your strong communication skills in a rhetorically targeted manner
- You are confident in negotiations and possess a high degree of initiative and commitment
- Knowledge of pig feeding is desirable
