What a Sales Manager does
Sales managers are among the most important sales employees at Cremer Deutsche Tiernahrung Cremer. Closely networked, they plan and organise the support, service and sale of our compound feeds and special products to our major customers in agriculture or producers in the feed industry. In doing so, Sales Managers are constantly in close contact with colleagues in the office and field service on the one hand and our customers on the other. They try to identify the wishes and needs of the customers and offer suitable solutions or concepts. To do this, sales managers analyse markets and look for new trends. They stay in close contact with our existing customers and acquire new customers, presenting our portfolio and the company locally. Your area of operation is in Germany and neighbouring countries. You can work flexibly from the office but also on the road.

Your profile
- Agricultural science studies or business studies with an agricultural background
- Ability to work in a team, under pressure and flexible
- Good communication and analytical skills as well as a high affinity for numbers
- You have experience in sales management
- First field service experience in the area of compound feed/mineral feed desirable
