Suppliers can find our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and safety regulations below, which apply to all orders placed with Deutsche Tiernahrung Cremer GmbH & Co. KG (as of May 2017).
General Conditions of Purchase (german)
Thefollowing conditions apply to all agreements:
- The contracting parties recognise the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase for the present and for future contracts as binding on them.
- The contents of the contract result from the uncontradicted written sales confirmation or the contract of the seller including the conditions above and below.
- Failure on the part of the buyer to countersign the sales confirmation or the contract shall not affect the validity of the conclusion of the contract in accordance with the sales confirmation/contract.
- Verbal subsidiary agreements as well as amendments and supplements to this contract require the written confirmation of both contracting parties.
