05.05.2020 – Due to the Corona-related restrictions, many horse owners are experiencing financial hardship. More and more animals are being handed over to horse shelters and sanctuaries. Many farms are already running out of feed. For this reason, we support needy sanctuaries with a large donation of feed.
Farms all over Germany receive feed donation
A total of 14 farms will each receive a pallet of the best horse feed in the next few days. The campaign is intended to help grace farms all over Germany to provide for their horses. "It was immediately clear to us that we wanted to help here. We all have to stand together in these difficult times," explains Volker Kaup, Sales Manager deukavallo. "It's a terrible situation when horses have to suffer because there isn't enough feed."
Ten tonnes of feed for a good cause
In order to support owners* of grace farms in providing for their horses, deukavallo is delivering over 420 feed bags of its deukavallo Top E cot feed to selected grace farms throughout Germany. "This should help to secure the animals' supply for a while," says Kaup. Top E is a basic manger feed for horses of all breeds. It is ideal for daily feeding and ensures the supply of high-quality nutrients and fibres.
