Business game inspires once again
Company simulation promotes practical training
This year's business simulation once again offered our trainees an excellent opportunity to experience business contexts at first hand over two days. Under the expert guidance of Dr Heike Scharff, an expert in corporate management, participants from all three years of training were able to develop and deepen their skills in realistic business simulations.
The focus was on simulating complex business situations, which enabled the trainees to make strategic decisions and directly understand the effects on the company's success. This practical experience goes far beyond theoretical approaches and helps trainees to better understand economic processes and their dynamics. At the same time, the business game strengthens important skills such as problem-solving strategies and decision-making.
Teambuilding und Zusammenarbeit unter Druck
Das Planspiel wirkt zudem als wertvolle Teambuilding-Maßnahme. Die Auszubildenden arbeiteten in Teams zusammen, um gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen und Herausforderungen zu meistern. Diese Zusammenarbeit förderte nicht nur den Teamgeist, sondern auch Schlüsselkompetenzen wie Kommunikationsstärke, Konfliktlösung und die Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu agieren. Die Erfahrung, in einem simulierten, aber dennoch realistischen Umfeld als Team erfolgreich zu agieren, stärkt das Vertrauen und den Zusammenhalt unter den Teilnehmenden.
