Complete feed

Complete feeds are - as their name suggests - feeds whose composition covers the entire nutritional requirements ofan animal. They can therefore be used alone - i.e. without feeding additional components - and ensure that the animal is fed in a manner appropriate to its species and performance. While complete feeds are mainly used in the poultry, pig and pet sector, ruminants are usually fed withbasic feed and supplementary feed.
